Bio

Nikki Navaille is an artist from Orlando, Florida specializing in ceramics and drawing. She attended the University of Central Florida and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art, specializing in Ceramics, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History. After graduating from UCF, Nikki spent a summer in Florence and Rome, Italy, on an art history study abroad focusing on Italian Renaissance and Baroque art and architecture.
Nikki works at the City of Orlando’s Pottery Studio as an instructor for adult and children’s classes. Previously, she has worked as an instructor at Crealdé School of Art in their Young Artist program; as an artist assistant to nationally recognized sculptor Barbara Sorensen; and as a studio and lab assistant in the ceramics department at the University of Central Florida under nationally recognized woodfirer Hadi Abbas.
In addition to her work as an artist and a teacher, Nikki is committed to equality, justice, human rights, and our environment.
